Abundance

After an wonderful round of parties and gatherings with friends here in Tucson, we set off for Christmas in New England.  We arrived in a blizzard and Susie had to rescue us when the windshield wipers on our rental car failed.  But we were undaunted!  We set off to connect with old friends and neighbors despite the weather and road conditions.  Sue spent a day with her sister Kate at the Sargent exhibit at the MFA.  What a treat.  The best part of course was seeing all the grandkids.  It was so fun to watch their new skills and antics.  How lucky we feel with such an abundance of friends and family!!   Here are some images from our Christmas 2013.

That is the family octopus atop the tree, made by Memere many years ago!!

Then we headed to VT.  Here is a candy version.

How cute is that!!

Real Vermont.  Beautiful and cold.

Katie and Bobby are very inventive in entertaining the twins.

Bridgette and Annabelle really like their new chairs from us.

Home to warm Tucson.  Merry Christmas and many thanks for all the wonderful gatherings.
